Shared Meals at Casa Rafaela are not about “coming to eat” in a traditional sense. They are curated, facilitated experiences where food becomes the starting point for deeper human connection.
Through gentle facilitation and designed questions, the space invites openness without forcing it. Silence is welcome, listening is active, and conversation unfolds naturally when people feel safe and unhurried.
It is not dinner as an event. It is dinner as a space held with care, structure and softness.
Each table is intentionally designed and held, from the atmosphere and pacing to the people gathered and the flow of the evening. There is a clear intention to move beyond small talk and into more meaningful, present conversation.

Sobremesas
A Spanish word that describes the time after a meal, when nobody rushes to leave the table. At Casa Rafaela, Sobremesas are central, spaces for storytelling, laughter and deep human connection that happens in between bites and silence.
